Can't Back up 120 Gigs to disk!

Andrey_k

I have set up Veritas (BE8.6) to backup to disk, but apparently there's a limit to how much data it will back up.  How can I configure it so that it'll back up 120 Gigs to a folder

Thanks
Andrey

If you have the default, it is 1gb files, maximum of 100 files per directory.
Change either setting to fit your needs.

Hope this helps

What errors are you getting? (check BE and Windows Event Log)
What size is your disk? Partition?
I had no problems backing up 200+ GB to tape; so there shouldn't be any difference in going to disk.

Right click on the Backup to disk folder in Backup Exec and check the advanced settings.
