Can't Connect To DAG

Have a problem with Backup Exec not being able to connect to an Exchange 2010 DAG.  Login fails.  If I try connecting directly to the server, it logs in fine.  There is a DNS entry for the DAG.

This has worked in the past, but would periodically start giving the login errors.  Restarting the Exchange server would clear it up.  Now it's not working at all.  Any ideas?

Please give us some more information.  What is the version of Backup Exec and Windows OS of the media and remote servers.

Windows Server 2008 R2 all around.  BE 2012.

It started working again this morning, without any changes from last night when it wasn't working.  It is obviously not a configuration or requirements issue.  Most of the time it works.  Sometimes it simply won't.
