Can't Restore specific Email

When I Trying Restore Specifiec email From Data base Appeare This Problem 

Error category    : Resource Errors
Error             : e00002f8 - Cannot open one or more mail messages because of unknown MAPI errors. Review the job log for more information.

What is the version of Exchange ? And are you restoring from disk or tape ?

And do you receive this error only during the restore of this "specific" email or for restore of other emails as well ?
