Can't Uninstall

We moved our backup server to a new server and are now trying to uninstall the product off of the original server so that we can get the Remote Agent installed on it.

Everytime I go through the uninstall process it ends up rolling back. Here's the entries in the log:

This is for the RAWS only, but should give you the outline of what you need to do.

I saw that document but was hestiant because only one of the registry keys exist (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BackupExecAgentAccelerator).

Will it hurt to only delete that one entry?

What I meant was go to those locations and remove all the Veritas entries, then delete any files remaining on your hard drive

Hello,

I would like to add that while making any changes to the registry, please be careful. You can copy the registry to another drive before doing any changes as a precautionary measure.

Thanks! I deleted the registry entries and files and was able to install the remote agent.
