This databases are our DRP site, and it´s necessary set standby state. Have any ideas, folks?

The databases need to be online before BE can back them up.  Either put them online or exclude them from your backup.

A DB which is offline cannot be backed up. By MS design - https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms175477.aspx

However, if its in a warm standy mode, it can be. I believe, these are the alternatives:-

1) Run a "copy" backup

2) Run a native SQL backup (i.e. save the DBs as a .bak) and let BE backup the .bak file as a flat-regular file.

3) Disable the SQL agent on the remote server and backup the .mdf and .ldf file directly (Usually considered the last option if no other option is viable)

Option 3 will not work. The .MDF and. LDF files are automatically excluded from any backup by AFE
