Can't change Backup Exec locatio

Hi everybody

My actual situation

Backup Exec 12.5 installed on Win 2003 R2 x64 and database is on a SQL2000 SP3 in the same machine 

I have to upgrade to Backup Exec 2010 but i have to move db on SQL2005

So i have installed on another server a SQL2005 expres (mixed authentication)

I run Backup Exec Utility to move the database but every time  i have error when it copy database on the new server (the .ldf file, the other files ( .mdf and .back are copied)

Can someone help me?

When you perform " New database location" through BEUtility what error message you get. Could you please paste the exact error message.
