Access Denied
If you are already logged in and still can't access the page, you don't have permission to view the page--contact the person that gave you the link to see if there is an error.
is there a way to get an access viewing this page?

I am not sure if this is your problem (or is this is the answre that was guev in the old Symantec thread) but newer versions of BE insist that the account used to backup the OS of the SQL server MUST also be the account that has enough security to backup the SQL instance itself and therefore we now block using mixed credentials, meaning the lower level boxes will be greyed out by design.
Oh and sorry but if pages in Symantec links are denied access and it does not rediect OR you cannot find the equivalent page on a Veritas link then we won't be able to provide access.

I think this is the Veritas version of the link that does nto work
