I'm somewhat of a noob with backup exec. I have 12.5 installed on server2008 R2 standard. I have G-Technology drives by Hitachi connected. They are 500GB drives formatted with NTFS and I can see and interact with them normally in the OS. However, no matter what I do, I can't seem to get backup exec to acknowledge their existence. I've read the admin guide for 12.5 and tried using the various wizards to set things up. Maybe there's some magic sequence to things or something? Please help!
