Can't logon windows after restore vmdk using agent Exec 2010

Hi all,

My environment Exec 2010, OS is win 2003. With 2 ESX 4.0 and using agent vmware.
The host IDNSMMP restored vmdk file to ESX02. The restored is succesfully.
When i logon to the windows, i can't access using same user and password.
For your information, this step-step before restore vmdk file :
1. Backup offline vmdk (host IDNSMMP-ESX02) using agent vmware exec 2010
2. Remove disk vmdk from the host (using vclient for remove the disk)
3. Restore vmdk from exec agent vmware to ESX02 (succesfully restored)
4. Startup the host and logon to windows ... failed

I have tried logon using user domain and local admin. But i'm still can't acces to the host.
Anybody have experience like this ? please help me.

Have you tried pressing f8 and logging into the safe mode or any other mode. What is the exact error message it shows whey you try to login. The vmdk file that you restored is recent one or old one. Are you sure that vmdk has the same password that you are trying
