Can somebody explain to me why we can't cancel jobs that are queued up but not yet active? It's extremely annoying and a waste of time to have to wait for jobs to become active before they can be cancelled. I'm just curious if there's some technical reason why this capability isn't available or what the reasoning is behind this decision. It's seems utterly absurd but I'm looking forward to being convinced otherwise.

Hi,
you want Cancel job from queue:
you can double click on the queue job (backup defenition properities), then press ok

Muhanad,
That's an interesting workaround. It seemd to work a few times but I'm having mixed results; though I'm having some unrelated problems that may be interfering with my ability to cancel jobs in general.
Thanks for the tip but I remain confused as to why we just can't cancel the jobs.
