Cannot Export Tapes

I get the below error when I try to export my tapes. What is the destination location?

Why can't I export them?

Does the library you are using have a mail slot?  If so, is there media in that slot?  Normally when I see this issue it is because of media in the mail slot.

Exactly! I figured it out last week. The mail slot was full.

All is well now.
