Cannot find vCenter server to add to backup sources

I have installed BE 2012 to a new 2008 server (still have the old server running with the vCenter server in my servers list), installed the Agent for VMware and Hyper-V, updated Windows and updated BE, and for the life of me I cannot find how to add the vCenter server to my new BE server!

Windows 2008 Server Standard (old BE server has Windows 2008 Datacenter)
Backup Exec 2012 rev. 1798

If you have installed the AVVI licence and have enabled the AVVI, you should see a "Add VM Server" button in the button bar.  Use that to add your vCenter server.

How do you enable AVVI?  Why doesn't it just enable itself!

Click on the BE button then click on Installation and Licencing. At the Install Options and Licences, you just follow the dialogs and enable the AVVI option.  You can then check whether it is properly enabled by clicking on the Licencing Info.
