Cannot restore data from Deduplication Storage Folder, Backup Exec 2010

Hi,

Backup Exec Media server running on Windows 2008 SP2. Local Sata drives for Dedup Store, about 6TB disk space. Backup Exec 2010 with latest patches installed.

Problem;

Cannot restore anything older than about 10-14 days old backups from Deduplication Store. Media overwrite periods protects media for 4 weeks. I can see all needed medias on Deduplication Storage Folder. No matter whether i try to do restore using new restore job and browsing through selections to find what to restore, or if i choose right media from Dedup Storage, right-click and select restore data.

Errors are;

An unknown error occurred on device "Deduplication Storage Folder 1:1".
V-79-57344-34023 - No data error reading from media.

And;

An unknown error occurred on device "Deduplication Storage Folder 1:2".
V-79-57344-34029 - A hardware error occurred.

When i run Catalog job for those medias, sometimes i get;

Media GUID: {1FD3A8C3-44E6-4A9B-BB5C-4F3F063C3694}
Media Label: OST00000011-4622955BE003EF6F
Robotic Library Name: Deduplication Storage Folder 1
V-79-57344-33035 - Unable to acquire device for the specified pool and media
Physical Volume Library Drive not found.

So, it seems that something is very very wrong with Deduplication Storage Folder.

I get those same errors on my test lab, basically using same settings. Right now it looks like there's no way to do restores from Dedup Storage, anyone else seen this?

I will open a support case asap, right now i have a flu and barely can speak few words...
