Cannot restore to new vhd disk

I apologize for my bad English :)
I should Windows 2012 R2 + Backup Exec 15 (Version 14.2) trying to restore a backup to the new vhd file is an error:

An error occurred when trying to create the target virtual disk for the redirected restore
0xe00094a5 - An error occurred when trying to create the target virtual disk for the redirected restore

Read article Article: TECH163839 but there talking about Windows 2008 and I have Windows 2012 R2. And I restore I on Windows 2012 R2 server. What could be the problem?

Do you have sufficient space on the target drive? Have you tried creating the VHD manually?
