Backup Exec for Windows Servers 10d will not print a report or send the report via email after the backup is completed. It used to send the report to an email address and it worked great. But then suddenly one day about a month ago it quit. I have checked all settings and can't find anything wrong. I can go into Outlook Express and send and receive messages fine. I then set BE to print the report, but that has never worked. I can force the report to print, but it won't print automatically after the end of the backup. I downloaded articles from Symantec relating to these issues and have followed their instructions. No help. If anyone knows why this is happening, please let me know. Platform is Windows Server 2003 Standard.
