Cannot view backup sets on restore wizard Backup Exec 2012 SP4

Hi,

When we try to restore file on the backup server, we cannot view any backup set on the restore wizard, although the backup was successful. The Symantec Backup Exec 2012 SP4 was install on the Server 2012 Standard. In the past we can restore the file. 

Below is our backup configuration:

- Here are 8 tape inside the tape library, everyday will backup to the corresponding tape, for example: Monday backup to tape 001, Tuesday backup to tape 002 ....

BE 2012 cannot be loaded onto Server 2012. At most, you can only use Server 2008 R2. See the SCL below http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH175581

PKH is correct, BE2012 Media Server is not yet supported to run in Windows 2012 server.

BE2014 now supports Windows 2012 server. Please upgrade your BE2012 Media server to BE2014.

BE 2014 needs a new set of licence keys which are free if you are on a current maintenance contract

But when we install this BE2012 in last year, we can perform the retore process,don't know why now cannot.

When you use an unsupported configuration which is not tested, anything can happen anytime. There is guarantee that it will work forever and you cannot log a support case with Symantec to since the problem
