Thanks Riyaj

I have tried he KB link befor but not worked .

This path is mounted via a FTP server , so that path is not accessible but other directories are ok .

Normally when we think about mounts on Linux we would probably expect to see NFS mounts - are you actually using an FTP protocol for the mount, or is it NFS accessing the same storage area that is used for FTP?

Dear Colin

It is fuse .

curlftpfs#ftp://backup_admin:XXXXXXX@127.0.0.1/

  fuse   7.5T     0  7.5T   0% /var/backups

Ok so that might be the issue - we definitely do not do any testing of that type of configuration so cannot officially support it and cannot confirm what symptoms you may or may not receive. Based on the errors you are getting though you will probably have to look at backing up the host of the mount point itself assuming that is supported by BE (or look at alternative products)

Dear Colin,

Thanks for response ,

We are going to test centos 7 with be2015 FP4 , I will update this post .
