Cant open SQLSERVER 2019

jesus1994

Using VERITAS BE 20.5 to expand the instances of SQL SERVER 2019 this message is display "A network connection to the server could not be established."

The backup files run correctly but the DB backup return me this error: "

Snapshot technology error (0xE000FE28): A network connection to the server could not be established.

Check the Windows Event Viewer for details.

I'm not 100% sure which but support for SQL 2019 didn't come in until either 20.5 or 20.6 so that might be the problem  (or might not..!) Either way I'd recommend upgrade to that (eg 20.6 on BOTH BE server and remote clients) or ideally to the latest version 21.3.

Hello, I updated the server and client from 20.5 to 20.6 and the problem is solved, now I can expand the the SQL server 2019 in veritas, the backups are running correctly
