I am trying to catalog a tape that for some reason was not in the BE Catalog Database. I Inventory it successfully and go to catalog and it starts, loads tape and stops at queue. Any suggestions. I need a file off of this old tape. It will not let me import the tape. I have renamed the catalog file to .old and a new catalog file was created upon restart of the Backup Exec Services.
Any Suggestions??
