Challenge with backup tasks

Dear Support,

Here we have 7 Backup jobs as scheduled for daily baises and we have one backup which is scheduled for weekly i.e; on every friday. So, the challange is when the Daily backup is finished we are unable to make weekly backup in the same tape.

Could you please assit in how to modify copy right polocies.

Make sure the same media set is selected for daily and weekly job. Make sure the append period is set to as long as you want to append to that tape. Then set the overwrite period for the amount of time you want to protect the tape from getting overwritten.
