Change default report names

I am receiving Overnight Summary reports from our other sites now.  I extract these from the emails and store them on my HD.  Is there a way that BE can create these reports with something other than RPT####?  I'd like to be able to include the media server in the name if possible.

Thanks for any help on this...

Pls. follow below instruction to change the default name of your report.
  1. On the Reports pane, select the report for which you want to run a job.
  2. Under Report Tasks in the task pane, click New report job.
  3. On the Properties pane, under Settings, click General and then type the name for the job in Job name and select the Job priority.
  4. Select the appropriate options as follows.
  5. The report is submitted according to the options you selected.

Thank you for the reply.  I do understand how to set the normal parameters for reports.  My question is about the "file name" that BE uses to send out the report via email.  When I extract these attatchments from my emails and save them to a folder I get file names like "RPT550_.htm".  I'm looking at reports from 6 other backup servers and they all share the same file naming convention.  I was hoping there was a way to change BE's behaviour so that these file names would come out something like "BE-SERVER1_RPT550_.htm".
