Changed Administrator Password and now SQL databases won't back up. SBS2003 - Backup Exec 10d

Hi there.....   any help on the following greatly appreciated.

(Have had to chop out a lot of the error log etc (repeating parts) and consistency checks for size - and added a few ? as well)

I changed a clients Administrator password (SBS2003) and while everything else is fine I have spent many hours trying to get the sql databases to backup again.  Have checked veritas Doc 273360 and the V79 error message docs etc but to no avail.

I have attached the logs etc as discussed for the backup Exec 10d prob  I have attached the event viewer errors and other info also.  In event viewer, Event id 57859 shows once followed by lots of event id 1 ‘s (one for each database in backup.

Databases are the standard – mssql, backupexec, backupexecdlo, mfsw, sharepoint, sbsmonitoring.  Credential test completes successful.

Logged on backup Exec services as Administrator (rather than local system but same result with both anyway).  Changed password in services, and sql manager and backup exec.

It appears that Microsoft Sequel Server database possibly backups up ok before it falls over for all the rest.

I have attached the logs etc as discussed for the backup Exec 10d prob I am having after changing the system Administrator password.  First tho the Event Viewer logs:.
