Choosing BE 2010 or BE 2012

Since we won't be eligible for a free upgrade, is there any reason to choose BE 2010 R3 over 2012 ?

GUI changes, underlying functionality changes (not all good)...check the TN below:

Symantec are doing a lot behind the scenes apparently to change things going-forward though. My personal choice at this stage would be BE 2010 R3 until/if Symantec fix the design changes.

I would stick with 2010. I've read a lot of bad stories about 2012 on here.
