After upgrading BE2010R2 to BE15, cannot inventory the slot with attached error. Can you please check the clean tape properties and advise?

The Step 2 of the above KB is applicable to BE 15, however the steps are different due to UI changes.
" Navigate to 'All Media' under the storage tab of the console. Located and delete the cleaning media. Insert the new cleaning tape into the library or drive and inventory / scan it. Then run or schedule the cleaning job. "

No job is running but the cleaning media cannot delete. it is dim.Thanks

Where are you trying to delete the "Cleaning tape" from ?
From All Media, hightlight the cleaning tape, right-click and move it to retired media set. Then the delete option should be available.
