Cloud Storage configuration fails with error "There were no storage locations found on the server”

I have setup an S3 bucket is Wasabi and trying to connect BE to it, but I keep getting error: 

Cloud Storage configuration fails with error "There were no storage locations found on the server”

I used this article, but it doesn't provide any solutions - https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100047670

I have checked our firewall and our BE is defianetly connecting to the S3 bucket and I have checked the Wasabi logs and I can see BE server connecting to it. 

We are running BE 16 FP2 which supports S3 buckets.

Can some please help me?

Have you tried using a different region in Wasabi? I've only done limited testing with this a while back but seem to remember had problems which were region related but using us-east-1 region worked.

PJ thank for the fast response.  Your suggestion worked!  I changed the S3 bucket location in Wasabi from eu-west-1 to us-east-1 and Back Exec could see the storage.

Typical, if only I'd known before - passed through that way couple of weeks back dropping my daughter off at Uni, could have done with a beer on the way back..!
