Hello, I am trying to script out a way of unloading tapes from a Quantum 8 slot auto loader. So far I have the two commands that will do the backup exec part of the unload.
bemcmd -o81 -a"quantum 2" -s"1 2" -w
bemcmd -o105 -a"quantum 2"
The two commands will "export" the media from slot 1 & 2 and unlock the libary. The only issue I am having is once the "export" command is run an "media intervention" alert pops up and you need to select yes or no.
With other alerts you have the option of setting up automatic responses but the media intervention alert is greyed out. I wanted to know if anyone knows how to get around this so a script can do this and a user can run the eject commands from the front of the loader.
