Command line scripting backup job issue

Hi all,
 
I am creating a job and have all the settings in place but when I run the job using the command line option bemcmd -o90 -f"<location of file>" it gives me an error stating RETURN VALUE -1
 
I cannot find anything on the web or Symantec to point me in the right direction. Can anyone assist?

Is the location an absolute location or relative?
 
Is it on a local drive or a network drive?

I have have this fixed but I cannot get the script to select the Oracle Database. Is there a doc that you can recommend that will explain how I configure a script to select the Oracle database? Is there a script for the Oracle Agent as well?
