Hello,
A)Log in using the BESA(Backup Exec service account). If you have changed the Backup Exec Service Account password recently, you would have to go and make the changes in the Services. If your account has expired, create a new account.
B)Make sure that BESA is a member of the "Domain Admin" and/or local "Admin" group. Also give "Exchange Admin " right from Exchange system administrator at the organization and site level.
C)In order to back up and restore individual Exchange mailboxes, Backup Exec requires access to a uniquely named mailbox within the Exchange organization.
D)Create a mailbox for the BESA account & activate it by sending a test mail.
-As a test create a new job and run it.Make sure that the system created mailboxes are not selected in backup job selection list.
