We have been asked to change the password on the account we use for the Backup Exec services. My recollection is that we can do this, and as long as we go into BE > Network > Logon Accounts and make the corresponding password changes, the jobs will run fine. One of our people says he had heard that you need to recreate all the backup jobs.
We are on Win2K/2003 servers; Backup Exec versions ranging from 9.0 to 11d on various servers.
Could someone confirm or correct my understanding of this?
