Connecting the Symantec Exec Mac Client back to Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R2

Hello Everybody,

 

I believe that I have install the Mac Client fine, but it does not show up on the software on the Windows 2008 server. Does anyone know how to make it show up?

Hi Tom,

 

Have you checked under Favourite Resources --> Macintosh Systems to see if it shows up there?

Is the RAMS agent publishing correctly to the media server?

Hi there,

No nothing comes up under the favourite resources, under the mac. The RAM's agent service is running on the Mac server, and the mac server is connected to the main server domain. How do I tell if the RAMS agent is publishing correctly? It has the correct IP address of the backup server.
