Connection to Azure failing

Hi all,

I'm currently trying configure cloud storage in Backup Exec v20.6 but we're getting the error BEMSDK Failure Code: E0009B3F. We're trying to connect to an Azure Storage container and the account in use has owner permissions to the resource group and storage container. Can anyone advise on what is causing the issue? 

Please let me know if you need to upload any files.

make sure the storageaccount is the username and key which is used as password is typed correctly. If this is done fine, please take a look at this as well https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100034293

Adding the certificate worked thank you for that. 

How did you add the certificate, and what certificate did you add? I'm having the same issue. I read the KB listed in this thread but I'm not quite sure what certificate to add.
