Copy 10d settings from one server to another.

I need help with coping settings from a CASO 10d "server 1" to another "server 2"  I'm not wanting to run as a CASO but wanting all job, policies, selection list, reports and others to work on "server 2".  Will there be a problem with BEDB?  Once I have this setup, I want to do an inplace upgrade "server 2" to Vers 12, for testing.  Can this be done?  Thanks

I failed to memtion that both servers has a tape library attached and I'm using the local database.
