Creat a New JOB

Can you help me please,
I want to configure a new job on BE 14 with this settings:

- Weekly a FULL BackUp (Every Friday) [Data=2 TB/Week]
-Daily a incremental backup [Data=0.25 TB/Week]

I creat a Media set: 3 Weeks with:
OPP=3 Weeks
AP=3 Weeks

I have 10 Tapes LTO 4 (800GB)

After some weeks i have the message: Please insert overwritable media into the robotic library using the import command.
However  there is still space left on the tapes:

change "overwrite scratch media before overwriting recyclable media contained in the target media set" to "Use Recyclable media before using scratch media"
