Create an encryped backup on only a folder

How do you create an encrypted backup on only a folder of a directory thats already being backed up.

Current full backups are not encrypted on these directories. I would like to keep those backups as they are but add an encrypted backup to a folder within that share. Is it possible? Do I have to create another backup job and how to encrypt that job, creating a key etc...

Using:

Backup Exec 12.5, on Win 2003.

Disk to disk backups.

Encrypt that folder in Windows using EFS or similar technology, and backup like normal

Or, have two backup jobs.  

1.  Backs up the entire folder structure, EXCLUDING that one directory

2.  2nd job backs up ONLY that folder, with encryption enabled.
