Creation of Intelligent Disaster Recovery ISO file fails

I am attempting to create an ISO file using Backup Exec version 12 SP 4, but it fails with "The operating system version seen on the CD or Path does not match the operating system of the selected computers".  I WAS able to create an ISO file for a server that has Windows 2008 Enterprised 32-bit, but it fails when trying this for a server that has the 64-bit version of the OS.  The Windows 2008 DVD is the same one used for both servers.   Any suggestions of how to get IDR to "see" the OS?

Hello,

The Windows 2008 DVD is the same one used for both servers.
We wont be able to use the SAME DVD for 32-bit and a 64-bit. I think the DVD which you are using is a 32-bit. You need a Windows Server 2008 64-bit DVD.

hope this helps..

Actually, the 32-bit and 64-bit version are on the same DVD.  I can't be the only one who has encountered this dilemma.  Any suggestions or does IDR for 64-bit Windows 2008 just not work?
