Credential test - unknown

I would like to know why performing the credential test on some servers, the status of unknown.
The server is working and online, but it appears unknown. BUG?

Follows the attached image, in a server the test was successful and the status online. On the other server does the test appear successfully, but unknown status?

It's Linux - Ubuntu!

When the operation system is linux, will it alwaws remains unknown? If BkpExec was able to test the credential it means the server is online and not unknown, correct?

In this example now, it is Windows (Active Diretory) server, testing sucessfully, but status is unknown.

Does this information serve anything?
