Are you aware that BE 10 has EOL'ed a long time ago?  Server 2003 is also EOL.

Disable the test run and just do the actual backup. Sometimes the credential will fail during a test run, but it is OK for the actual backup

when run actual backup the Job Status: Successful , Percent Complete: 100% , but No Device name and byte count: 0

Job log Display Error: one or more errors were encountered converting the job log into a web page for display. hte jop log will be displayed test format.

The job log for thish job may not be generated.

This is the result from the Test Run (see the job name).  Obviously, it would not backup anything.

As I said earlier, disable the test run option in the job and run the actual backup.

What version of BE are you using? Include the build number in your answer What are you trying to backup? Include the OS of the remote server in your answer
