DDRApp.exe Application Error

Whenever I try to perform a SDR using Backup Exec 2012's SDR media and a backup taken with BE 2012 I get as far as where it says "Do you want to use this volume layout for the selected backup sets?" but there is no layout shown (RAID drivers are loaded correctly). When I click Advanced Disk Configuration to configure the disk layout I get:

DDRApp: DDRApp.exe - Application Error

The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occurred in the application at location 0x0055094d.

Click on OK to terminate the program.

Anyone seen this before or have any ideas how to fix it?

...are you running the latest SP for BE 2012? If not, consider downloading it and installing. Once done, push-install the updates to any remote servers you might have.

Genius! Who'd have thought the obvious solution would be the right one. Booting with SP4 disk but forgot to upgrade this server to SP4 when doing all the others. Cheers Craig!
