DLO 10d & Office 2007 SP2 bug

Hello,

I'm using DLO & Office 2007 SP2.
I have this problem http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/323991.htm,
I saw the fix is only for V 12, 12.5.
Is there any option to fix it under V 10d (I don't want to uninstall SP2 and I need the PST backup)

This issue will not be addressed in 10d.  The current work around is to not perform incremental backups of the PST files, you will still be able to backup the PST files but as a full not an incremental.

we have the same problem here, but whit BE10.0 and Uninstall SP2 for office is not  a solution , change the configuration from incremental to full backup is not a solution...

after this steps we get the same erros only whit Windows Vista clients...

what happend whit full backup?, some users here have 2 or 3 pst files from 1.5GB to 2GB, and these backups run to disk, we dont have any library to send this jobs to tape... and the space on HD is a problem...

If we upgarde to BE12.5 this problem disappears?
