All users running windows xp sp3 with full updates including office 2007 sp2 ,most of the users complain about the below massage when they are trying to access the PST file from outlook 2007 .
I follow the below procedures to finish the problem but still after one day it will show the below massage
- uninstall the DLO agent and delete user profile.
- Using the scan PST and OST
- after finish scanning I reinstall the DLO agent 12.5
"Cannot expand the folder. The set of folder cannot be opened. The file E:\outlook\Outlook.pst is in use and cannot be accessed. Close any application that is using the file, and then try again. You might need to restart your computer."
