Hi All,

Do anyone know what the error message means ?

Failed to load configuration setttings
Error in the DLL

I've setup the user and the client as I have for other users and clients. I've unistalled and reinstalled the agent. The user has local admin rights.

Many thanks in advance...

I too get the following error message when trying to run the DLO agent on a particular Windows XP machine:

DLO Desktop Agent
Failed to load configuration settings.
Error in the DLL (CQCNSOLDC2)

It's a fresh install of the latest DLO Agent. The same error gets reported for any user that uses that particular machine. All other PCs are working just fine.

The error message itself isn't very helpful, and I haven't found a single document that explains possible causes.

Thanks in advance
