DLO Agent give error scanning disk(Accses Denied)

Hi,

Please help me out the DLO Agent gives "Error scanning disk (Access Denied)" while transferring the backup data to Network data folder.
Backup Exec 10.0 installed on windows 2000 server.
OS of DLO agents are windows 2000 pro.

Are you trying to back up the System Volume Information or the error appears while backing up user data?

I have the same error running DLO build 133b40a on Windows XP sp2 machine hereby the log:

11/9/2005 9:02:59 AM - Backup - C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator - error scanning disk (Access denied)

11/9/2005 9:04:11 AM - Backup - C:\Inetpub - error scanning disk (Access denied)

This Domain user is a local administrator on this machine, so he is able to open and write and delete the local administrator profile folders and files....
PLEASE ADVISE.....
