DLO Agent on the Laptop dont start ?

Hi,

We have 40 Laptops where we install DLO Agents, but after installation, DLO Agent dont start ? Normally that small icon on the Taskbar appear, but not this time. And also VERITAS Backup Exec Desktop Agent start automatically after installation, but not this time. So, what we can do ?
All Laptops have Windows 2000 operating systems.

Backup Exec 10.0 for Windows Server have these updates:

Fix 8, Fix 18 and Service Pack 1.

Hello,

Go to add remove programmes and verify if DLO shows up there.

Try reinstalling the DLO agent and verify results.

Are you getting any error message?
