DLO BE 2010 Vs DLO 2012

Hello,

We habe currently an installation of BE 2010 R3 for Small Business Server with 20 Clients with DLO. From the license rules I know, that in 2010 we can use DLO for up to 75 clients.

In 2012 DLO is a seperate product, so I understand we can "trash" our current installation of DLO and purchase a new product seperatly and begin from zero for DLO backup, it is correct?

Thanks for this link. This article show only the technical side of migration. What about the licenses? Do we hold our 75 licenses if we migrate to 2012 with an active maintence subscription?

Currenty we backup more than 3 three servers with the 2010 SBS Version. Would the Backup of more than three servers in 2012 also work fine or is there are a (technical) limit?
