DLO Option not backing up new/changed files after initial backup

Hi.  We just installed the DLO option on several PCs.  They all installed good, setup, and completed the initial backup.  However, any new files in the backed up folders are not be sent to the local copy or the network copy.  Also, changed files are not going there either.  There service says it is running on the machines.  Don't see any error messages anywhere?  Need help finding out what is going on so it can be corrected.

With out any error messages, there isn't much that I could recommend.

I would open a support case, then the technician can webex in and see what is happening.
