I happened to notice the other day that anyone on the network can browse the DLOData share on the BE server (12.5).

While I cannot read the actual file, I can browse into anyone's dirctories and see all there files. 

What is going on here?  Is that normal?

 You should apply NTFS permissions to the user folders just like you would do for a users home directory.

Turns out I had remembered an administrator account's password.  I went it and deleted this remembered password, and everything worked as expected.
