Out of 150 DLO clients I have one constantly misbehaving:-)
User reported constant crashes and sent screenshots (DLO has encountered a problem).
The wierd thing is while looking into the crash problem (hasnt crashed yet) I noticed that on the backup selections all is according to the selections for that profile, but on the restore part only files in uppermost level are seen e.g Files in D:\DATA are backed up. Subfolders and Files in subfolders are not on backup. I've also checked the storage location and no backup of the missing files there also. If I create newfile.txt in one of the subfolders then it is also immediately backed up. If I assign the user a different profile this also takes effect immediately. Just cant get the existing files to be backed up.
There are no error messages logged and status says "your files are protected". What a joke, 80% is missing
Help! I've reinstalled this client twice now. Each time I deleted the user and userdata from server too.
