DLO upgrade from Netbackup Professional 3.51

We installed the DLO option for Backup Exec and would like to upgrade from Netbackup Professional 3.51. The Backup Exec for windows 11d manual states on page 1011 to contact support for the following 2 files: DLOAgent_LeaveNBP.vpk and DLOAgent_RemoveNBP.vpk in order to run the upgrade for clients.

I called support and was in the Backup Exec for windows server queue and the tech was unable to help. He said to call back an enter the Netbackup queue. Netbackup has been end of life since 2004 or 2005 so I do not have a support contract.

How do I obtain these files? Thanks

Hi Ivan -

It took some doing, however I was able to get the files for you. They were very hard to get as your Net Backup Product version reached end of life. Please refer to this link to download the needed files to upgrade to DLO.
