DLOA Agent Automatic Upgrade from 12.5 to 2010 failed

I used this link

to automatically upgrade from dlo agent 12.5 to dlo agent 2010

I also added the REQUIREDMDACVERSION=”2.7” in the setup.ini file

as per http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH67563

If i manually run setup from the DLO shares, the setup is workign correctly and i manage to update the agent, but if the 12.5 agent discover the update and try to update itself, i receive the error "This application requires MDAC 2.8"

Any suggestion ?

I don't want to update215 client manually

Hi 

Well I see your issue bit strange in this case but have tried doing push install from backupexec s/w like by going to tool-install agents and options & does it works

Also if doesn't then please open a support case with backup exec support , support number would be 918006344747

Let me know if any other help is required on same
