I have two fold on windows server 2008 (client machine) on D drive: folder A and B.
Folder size are:

B: 1.27GB
After complete a full backup for each folder the data size are:
A: 1.46TB
B: 2.02TB

Backup took 6day before completed the two folder.
What makes full backup data size higher than sources data.

If the folders on your Sever 2012 are Windows dedup folders, then the files are rehydrated (converted to non-dedup) when they are backed up. This will explain the increase in size.

Check to see if the server is using deduplicating volumes or has compression turned on.
